Day 406

Hallo!

Today was SUPPOSED to be sunny, but it wasn’t. Lame!

Michelle & I went out to IHOP for breakfast/lunch thing with Marcus cause he works just down the road. Β It was a pretty quick meal thing and the we were off again. We were going to go to Lynn Canyon but the stupid Vancouver weather failed us and looked miserable so we headed off to the aquarium instead!

The aquarium was fun. It was just as awesome the second time around. This time they had added some sloths to the rainforest exhibit, but we went through twice and spent ages looking for them but couldn’t see them whatsoever! We were pretty disappointed! Sarah and her dad went yesterday and saw the sloths! 😦 We were very unhappy! LOL.

We watched the beluga show, and the dolphin show! Explored all the exhibits and yeah, that’s it really. Bought a badge at the gift shop too this time haha.

Afterwards we were going to go to Cactus Club Cafe because we were told they have potato scollops there! But when we walked by, it was the one on Burrard street so it seemed very posh like, cause it’s right in the business district… so we just kept walking on by.. LOL. Instead we just came home in order to eat all the food that needed to be eaten!

When we got home Sarah & her dad were cleaning the kitchen, so we joined in by cleaning the living room and bathroom. At the same time I was sorting Hercules out because he was also getting picked up tonight! 😦

When the girl, Sophie, came to get Hercules I was surprised at how much stuff I had accumulated for him! There was heaps! And they also took the table he went on so it was good πŸ™‚ I’m glad Hercules will still feel like he’s kind of still at home, at least he’ll have all of his stuff and none of that will be different.

She seemed nice enough, like she’s going to take very good care of him so I’m glad πŸ™‚ Except she’s never had a hedgie before so she was asking if it’s okay to ask me questions and stuff if she ever has any concerns. Obviously I was like by all means! I’d love to get updates on him too! She’s going to take him to the vet to be checked up next time she takes her rabbits in. Β πŸ™‚ I’m sure he’ll have fun, she’ll spend a lot of time with him too I’m guessing. So that’s Hercules rehomed πŸ™‚ Yay!

Shortly after Hercules was picked up, the lady came for my bed. So off that went too. Some more crap was put into Sarah’s dad’s rental car for a trip to Value Village and then pretty much everything seemed to be pretty cleared out. I just need to get rid of my printer & xbox & then it’s all done really! Finally! Wow.

We were cleaning for hours tonight. Most of it’s done. I still have more to do in my room, but that’s expected after being here over a year! Of course I’m going to have accumulated a whole heap of crap! Michelle was helping me too for a bit, it was like the show hoarders. Everything she asked me if she could toss I apparently gave a “face”, like I wanted to keep it, but knew it had to go. LOL. So she would just toss it. HAHA. Had an argument over my old Converses though! LOL. I know they have to go…. but I just don’t want to! LAME!

Anyways! I’m sleeping on the other mattress on my floor right now, and I can already feel the dust kicking my allergies into over drive. Damn. I wasn’t allowed to vaccum before because it was too late……. Ugh. I’ll wake up sick tomorrow I’m sure. And then I’ll probably have my allergies go off in the hostel too just like last year… AND THEN I’m sure I’ll probably get sick when I get to Texas from going from the cold weather to the super hot weather! D: Not looking forward to the weather currently down there…. Yuck! D: Haha! Aiight… Night!

Day 405

Helloo!

Woke up Β nice and early today, at like 8am? Got ready and headed out for the 9am bus. We had to meet Marcus at King George by 10am, we were there at 9.30 though, dammit! Haha. It was super quick to get there apparently… Google lied!

Anywhoo, Jen arrived too, she was also meeting people there for carpool. Soon after Patti came along too. She brought me a pink monkey πŸ™‚ Patti is obsessed with monkeys, and the colour pink! So she has an insane collection of pink monkeys! And she gave me one of her pink monkeys πŸ™‚ So nice of her!

Eventually the rest came along and off we went on our carpools to the carnival! On the way, Marcus had to stop at the service station and him & Eddie got out to go get some food stuffs. While they were in there, Michelle and I were watching a squirrel outside the right window. Suddenly an old man opens the drivers door and sits down! All the while we’re in the back going “Excuse me! Excuse me!!!” But he didn’t hear us! LMAOOO. We were dying of laughter. The old man put his newspaper down on the passenger seat and everything, he couldn’t hear us! I had to like shake his shoulder and I was like “excuse me, sir! This isn’t your car!!” LMAOO. Sooo GOD DAMN funny! He was like OH! I thought I left my car here!! He laughed too on his way out, LMAO. I looked over into the service station at Marcus and he was just giving us a “WTF” look and looking very confused. LOLOL. It was too funny. The old mans car was the next one over. LMAO. Seriously we died laughing so hard, it was hysterical!

Then we headed off to the carnival, it was a slow start seeing as we only had rides and that’s not really for us to set up. But we got paid for all the chilled-ness lol. Jen had bought a card and everyone there today signed it πŸ™‚ it was nice. Doug & Jens message in it says I have natural carnival talent pretty much πŸ™‚ haha. Yay! It was really nice though. Oh, and there was mini cupcakes! AND I even got to keep the shirt I wore today, they let me have first pick of the shirts so I could pick my size & the nicest one to keep. πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ So I’m happy haha. I’m going to miss the carnival & my carnies! Even Michelle thought leaving today was sad! And she’s only met them like three times! She likes being a carnie! πŸ˜€

The event wasn’t TOO bad today, it was another East Indian festival, so yeah there was some damn pushy parents but it wasn’t really too chaotic busy that it was out of hand so that was good. Michelle and I got to be on the slide πŸ™‚ I think that was arranged just for my last day haha. Yay πŸ™‚ Everyone just kept saying “you don’t need to go home, you’re staying.” haha.

After the carnival we all said goodbyes and all that stuff. Michelle’s decided she’s going to work at the carnival in Australia with me now πŸ˜‰ HAHA. I’ve converted her!

And now we’re home, we were a bit bored so we were messing around doing hand puppets on chat roulette lol. I swear we saw Justin Bieber. LOLOL. Not really though, the hair wasn’t blonde enough haha but still!

Kay, my turn for shower now I think… Night!

Day 404

Ohey!

Slept in a bit today which was good. Got up and started cleaning. A guy came to pick up the wicker chairs I left outside for him and he sent me this email “Found your place without any problems. I almost hit the gas when I saw them, but after a quick glance I could see the potential. Pic attached of the first one with sanding and one coat of laquer. Thanks Jess. Fun project and they have a liittle character. The black stools in the background are another set I got off CL Free section. I liked them when I saw them, but a backrest is essential for someone my age. lol. Will have to pass them along. Have a great weekend. Thanks again.” And this is the picture of what he sent..

The stool on the right is how they both looked before he fixed up the one on the left lol. Pretty good job! I thought it was hilarious how he “almost hit the gas” HAHA. Made my day!

Another guy came to collect our table, Sarah helped him carry it to his car. He wasn’t here very long at all.. But when he got home he sent me this email:

“Thanks again for the table!

PS You girls were really cute : ) Love your sexy accents!
Johnny”

Apparently it was just ‘attract-the-weird-craigslist-people-day’ and I wasn’t informed! HAHA. Hilarious stuff, totally lol-worthy. Johnny also now wants to “hang out” before we all head home. LOLOL. Funny as. Oh Vancouver..

Anywhoo, Sarah’s dad got her this afternoon, he rented a car as well. So we ended up being able to take like HEAPS of stuff to Value Village to drop off for the donation thing. Like there was heaps haha. So now our house is fairly empty. Still have to sort out Hercules, my printer, Xbox, and the other table that’s out there, and finish cleaning and it’s all good! YAY. Such effort though, seriously!

We also all went to Waffle House for dinner, that was good. French toast… MMM yummy!

Tonight we just chilled really, didn’t really get much cleaning done lol. Michelle and I saw a lady squatting at the bus stop the other week and she brought it up tonight so we were trying to squat like she was, but couldn’t.. So we called Sarah in to see if she could do it, and she could. She thought it was weird that we couldn’t squat that way! Like I can do it, just not with my feet flat. LOL. We all ended up falling over in hysterics trying to do it, Sarah said it was the weirdest thing she’s ever done, showing us how to squat. LOL. Funny funny.

Anywhooo, I’m tired as now. Carnival tomorrow 😦 last one ever! Then it’s major clean up time tomorrow night perhaps so we can go out on Monday to Lynn Canyon & maybe Aquarium! Tuesday at the moment is looking like we may be working on a music video shoot, maybe, we’ll see! Anywhoo! Night!

Day 403

Hi hi!

Woke up at 10am today, because we had arranged to meet Marcus at King George to go to the carnival at 12. However when I got up and checked my emails, there was one from Jen saying due to the crazy rain the games have been cancelled, so some people got cut but others didn’t need to come until 3.30 not 1pm. So I was fine with that, just chilled around for a bit.

Marcus still had to go at 1 to set up rides, and he was texting me when he was there saying one of the rides kind of broke. The trailer broke, not the actual ride. But still. So then we were way over staffed and what not. By this time it was also really sunny, however there was some pretty super dark clouds hanging around and it was expected to rain again in the afternoon, so it ended up being cancelled. The whole thing. Which was unlucky. We were on our way out to head there around 1.30, so that sucked 😦

Luckily though we were meeting a chick at Lougheed to take our blender lol. So that was done still haha. We decided we’d go to the aquarium, like why not, it was pretty sunny. When we got downtown though, it was pouring rain there.. So we were sad, turned around, and headed home.

We went to New West, we were planning on going to the 50’s diner. But that ended up being closed. Just a sucky day, right?! So we went to Subway instead! Mmm, Subway… After that we walked to the Thrift store… ALSO was closed! Like it had just closed. Just wasn’t any luck for us lol.

We went to the dollar store, and the sports store. The sports store had womens Canucks jerseys, but they were the white ones. And I want the blue 😦 So still haven’t got a jersey, and they wont have any more until next season! SUCKS! Jon from the carnival also rang around this time and invited us out tonight so we said sure why not, seeing as the carnival was cancelled!

We got home around 6, then got ready and headed out at about 8 to meet up with Jon. We met him and his two female friends at Commercial, and then jumped on a bus and went to Jons place. It was just off East Hastings…. baaad area. I think he said it’s like the worst 16 blocks in all of North America? LOL. It’s pretty bad. I have heard lots about East Hastings… and tonight I finally saw it in full swing haha. Saw some prostitution going on out front of the 7-11, crazy stuff. LOL. When we were on the bus going Downtown, going through East Hastings reminded me so much of San Francisco to be honest, felt like I was back there lol.

We got to Downtown and ended up going to some place on Davie street….. If you’re not from here, you wouldn’t understand ‘Davie street’ but basically it’s like the gay street…. Like, no joke. Haha! You just have to see it I guess. Jon is gay by the way… which is why we ended up at some gay club. Jons boyfriend/friend thing also started working at Tisol last month! Pretty cool haha, so I met him again tonight after our brief encounter at the carnival on Monday, and talked to him about Tisol haha. Jon also lives with Mark – one of the guys I worked with at the cinema! Such a small world!

One of Jons friends that was there, I think her name was Maddie? Or it was the other one… not sure, anyway! She had her pet love bird in her pocket! Like the whole night! It was such a good bird, like it listened to her and everything, every time she told it to poop, it would! And she carries a box of food around for him, and he just hangs out in her pocket lol it was awesome. Makes me want a love bird! Her bird was nothing like Kevin from Tisol! Kevin was a little bitch! Just saying… Haha. Pretty cool though.

Anywhoo… I got bored real quick of being out, and felt very out of place as well at the gay club lol. I swear almost everyone there was male, and all gay. Only saw a few girls except for us 4 girls lol. But yeah, I got bored pretty quick….. Would have rathered seen a movie! LOL.

We didn’t leave early enough to get the last bus home, so we got a cab from Braid. Only costed like $10. Not too bad. I’m pretty tired now though, if the weathers nice tomorrow I think we’re going to go to Playland! But if it’s super crappy, then we’re going to have a major clean up session! Moving out sucks! LOL. Night!

Day 402

Tried to sleep in again today, but got a call around 10.30 from the lady wanting our bed side tables, so I got up haha.

We did a major haul of the kitchen today too, went through all our cutlery, plates, utensils etc and boxed it all! A lady came and got the 3 boxes of kitchen stuff, some appliances, and our thin mattress. Sweet. I thought she was the bedside table lady though, so I was like showing her the bedside tables, but she was like no I was actually after kitchen stuff, I was like OH! Haha, awkward. But anywhoo, she cleared out a lot of stuff.

Our chairs went yesterday too, don’t remember if I mentioned that or not.. Anyways.. Also put the coffee table out front for another guy who finally collected it. The lady finally came for the bedside tables, she had a good chat with us too lol it was a bit random, she was like “we’ll come visit you in Australia!” she reminded me of someone.. couldn’t work it out though… LOL. Her son was very awkward. She was like “if you guys ever come back you’ll have some more Canadian friends! Right Andrew?” and he was just like ……. >_> sure…. 😐 LOL. It was awkward.

So that was the 3 bedside tables gone. A man also came and took the ironing board tonight as well, he mentioned how I was one letter off the outlaw name, I was like yeah I was pretty much named after him. “parents with a sense of humor, nice!” so there you go mother. LOL. Anyways, that was a lot of stuff cleared out. I spent the rest of the night packing my room, got much further this time. Getting there lol.

We also ordered pizza for dinner haha, except we weren’t ready for them when the guy came so we were running around grabbing money lol. While trying to sort out the money I was trying to work out the tip as well, but before we could give him the tip he just like hurried off. 😐 So he only got like a 70c tip from what he took LOL. Felt bad, but he walked off, like almost ran, so not our fault then LOL.

Anywhoo, not much else really. Just had a big haul out day. Carnival tomorrow, so I’m gonna go sleep I think. Night!

Day 401

Sup?

I woke up at 9am this morning, but I stayed in bed until closer to 10am. Then I got up and cleaned up my snowboard because someone was coming to get it just after 10!

The guy didn’t end up coming until closer to 11 though however, and I sold my board, bag & boots for $65. What a bargain for him. I’m kind of sad, but oh well!

After that Michelle was awake too and we ended up calling heaps of Sport Chek stores & Champs stores trying to find jerseys! Only two places had what we were after for Michelles friend, nothing for us though 😦 it sucked.

We also played Monopoly for awhile out of boredom before we headed out at 2.30. We headed out to Brentwood Town Centre where we went to the Champs store to buy the last small men’s jersey for Michelle’s friend from work who gave her money to get her one. We also tried it on, but it was pretty big for us so we do need a womens size. Which are all sold out 😦 NOT COOL!

Then we headed downtown, we went to the Aussie Bar & Grill early seeing as we had a 5.30 reservation to watch the State of Origin game they were replaying at 6pm. It was about 4.30 at this point, super wet outside, so we just decided to go in early.

We ate early too, then watched the game there at 6. By the time the game started there was HEAPS of Aussies in there packing the place up to watch the game. Lot’s of jerseys and everything too. I don’t even like the sport, but I watched it anyways. The people in that place watching it had no where near as much team spirit and enthusiasm as Canucks fans though! Canucks all the way! Hockey is way more exciting than rugby too… I’m a terrible Australian, I know!

Anywhoo, after the game ended we left and headed home. Watched some TV before and yeah. I only had 4 hours sleep last night, so I’m really really tired – so I’m off to bed. Night!

Day 400

Wow, 400 days in Canada! That’s pretty intense! Time has flown by! Can’t believe it’s almost over! Saddening..

Anyways, today was a very slow morning/start to the day, we sat around talking about what we were going to do because we slept in.. Ended up not going to Lynn Canyon because it was getting too late in the day to fit that in before the game. We went to Lougheed to look for jerseys, no luck, so we headed to Metrotown to look at all the stores there for the jerseys we were after! Still no luck. Everywhere was sold out of the good ones that we wanted, and in the right sizes, because it’s playoffs! Only ones left were like XXL… No way!

Got Nandos for lunch again, then by that time it was just past 5pm and we needed to get downtown for the hockey game!

When we’re almost heading up the Skytrain escalator, a man walked by and said “no need to rush, Skytrain ain’t going anywhere” figured it’d broken down or something, so we went up to see. The Skytrain had moved though so it seemed to be working again.

Whilst waiting for the next train, there was an announcement that Joyce station was closed. Figured okay, they do this often, like not stopping at a station, but just going through it.. but instead they were literally not sending trains through there due to a ‘medical emergency’. They were re-routing trains the other way, and at that time they’d closed off Joyce & Patterson I think. So we couldn’t get on the train from Metrotown to Downtown unless we went all the way around, so we jumped on the other train.

It was really confusing the way they were re-routing trains. Trains were running in both directions on the same track, I don’t understand how they were getting that to work without having some close calls or what, but it was trippy seeing trains going the wrong way.

Eventually they closed 29th & Nanaimo station as well as Joyce & Patterson. So 4 stations closed to a ‘medical emergency’ gets you wondering. So I did a Twitter search, everyone was saying it was a suicide jumper. But then others were saying someone fell. Either way, it was fatal. Pretty sad. Caused MAJOR havoc for transit and for everyone involved or trying to get anywhere. It was seriously crazy. Plus it was also game day, and a home game, so people were trying to get to the stadium but couldn’t! It was just crazy.

We eventually got all the way around to Commercial, and when we went to get on the train that would normally take us downtown, it ended up going back the other way towards Nanaimo. Turns out by that time they got a “shuttle” train to go between Commercial & Metrotown and back again, not stopping at Joyce whatsoever. But no one told us the train wasn’t going downtown and was instead going to Metrotown, so on we got, along with heaps of other people, and ended up going the wrong way.

By going this way, it meant we passed Joyce…. Basically, the Skytrain that hit the person was still there at the station, all doors open, there was police tape basically around the whole station platform, so many fire men, police, and other emergency service workers there as well. Β They must have cleaned it up before they let that shuttle go past, but still… It was pretty daunting. We got off at Patterson because we didn’t want to go back to Metrotown, I thought there might have been two trains maybe doing the shuttle, but it was just the one and it ended up being the exact one that we’d just gotten off, fail.

So then we had to go back past Joyce, again. I heard someone on the train talking about it, saying it was apparently two teenage girls I think, mucking around with each other on the platform and one girl slipped or something and fell on to the track and by that time it was too late to get her back up cause the train was coming… Pretty sad. Read a lot of things on Twitter too, people saying they heard the thump, people screaming, etc. I’m actually really glad we weren’t on that train, if I hadn’t stopped at Metrotown to use the bathroom before we went Downtown we probably would have been on that train……. Pretty scary. Like there’s seats at the front to look out and everything, imagine sitting there and seeing that. Like woah. Or being the friend… Just crazy to think about. Sad though.

Anywhooo, that was the eventful transit story for the day, just major chaos. Eventually we got Downtown and walked to where they had a big screen thing set up and lots of fans were there watching the game. Β Crazy masses of people, and it just got busier as the game went on. The game was against the Sharks, and someone had this set up there:

It was pretty cool haha.

This was the mass around the 2nd period… Then below was after the Canucks won after double over time!

And that’s just what was behind us!

This is Granville street shortly after the game, and it just got busier and busier!

And yeah, it was crazy! So much honking and cheering and screaming! Everyone high fiving! We felt left out of the high-fives though, they were only high-fiving people with jerseys 😦 NEXT TIME! The team spirit here is just madness, it’s so awesome! πŸ™‚ Because of the Canucks win tonight, they’re off to the Stanley Cup Finals! So they just need to beat the next team and they win the Stanley Cup! Good on em!!

Skytrain home was pretty packed with Canucks fans, everyone still cheering. Had to run for the bus too, made it though. Came home tonight and Michelle rang a few people to decide whether or not she should stay an extra week, ended up all just working out so she rang and extended her trip! πŸ˜€ Now she leaves the same time I do! June 2nd at 1pm! Fun fun fun! We’re thinking about staying in the hostel downtown for the last few nights. This will be fun, 2 of us trying to get 5 bags to the airport! AHAHA. Awesome… LOL.

Anywhoo, I have lots of videos from tonight that I’ll upload tomorrow, too tired now. It’s almost 5am, holy crap. Lucky we have another week and don’t need to rush and do everything last minute tomorrow! We’re going to go attempt to find jerseys again tomorrow before they all sell out before the finals game! D: So yep, night!

Day 399

So I guess because today is day 399, I’ve been gone from Australia for 400 days……. Wow.

Anyways, had to get up at 6.30 this morning, it sucked. Neither Michelle or I were keen on waking up that early, and it was lame. But we did, and then we headed out to 22nd Street where we met Marcus & Eddie then off we went to the carnival!

Michelle got to start at 9am as well, so I was trying to teach her some things as I did them, but then at the same time she ended up getting to go into concession with Patti and make cotton candy! Eventually I ended up in there as well after I was done everything else and I helped bag the cotton candy.

When the event started, Michelle stayed in concession….. Pretty weird for a brand new person to be in there, like really weird. But that’s what they did… I was on slide! πŸ™‚ Yay! I think Marcus talked to Doug & Jen about my dislike for ferris wheel & then it was brought up at our little ‘meeting’ thing that not many people like ferris wheel LOL. So Doug showed us all how to ‘properly’ operate it to avoid being hit so many times. All the guys were laughing at me when Doug mentioned how I took a big hit once last year lol totally forgot about that haha! They found it hilarious…!

So anywhoo, slide was cool. Got a bit annoying though, some seriously pushy parents. Trying to argue with them about the height of their kids and not being tall enough, then the board for the height was a couple of meters infront of the slide itself & we had a really long line, so I couldn’t exactly ask each parent “can you please go back and measure your child” while trying to keep the line in tact, AND monitor kids on the slide… it was difficult. So I made a suggestion to Jen & Doug to get a pole or something that the person at the bottom can have to measure kids right then and there, so Doug found an old broom or something and made one after I mentioned it LOL, so that was pretty sweet.

I ended up on the top of the slide though after my first break, so that was a good switch. I was sick of the crazy parents. Marcus got into a pretty full on argument with one lady, after the pole came in and her kid was way too small, Marcus said no & the lady was all “well he’s already ridden on it 4 times today!” Marcus was like ‘there’s not much I can do, seriously, it’s the rules…’ etc etc… Marcus was only covering breaks too so he was there for 20 minutes and got abused haha.

After the event we all packed up, also helped pack up a bit of the slide & then the swings ride. Michelle helped to do the swings as well haha. Then when everything was done we packed up & that’s that.

We were going to try to go to Metrotown to get jerseys, but when we got there it was all shut so we turned around and quickly raced back to 22nd for the bus. Unfortunately it left early, and we missed it…. Slack. So had to wait half an hour, lucky it wasn’t an hour..

Came home, ate, watched TV, and not much else really. We’re both super duper tired, like really tired. Only had about 4.5 hours sleep last night, if that? Not too sure. So I’m going to crash now and sleep for days… Night!

Day 398

Ho hum! It was a slow morning, we slept in for awhile haha eventually got up and headed out Downtown!

We went to Science World, it was alright….. but pretty much just like all those other science places everywhere, and it was under renovation too so there was a lot missing. It was interesting, but not amazing or anything…

After Science World we headed to Granville where we walked around for awhile looking for jerseys! It’s concerning, because most places are like selling out fast for Canucks jerseys! And rightfully so, but still! Like c’mon! So we gotta keep looking..

Then we walked over to my work, I had to talk to the managers about some things regarding pay and changing my forwarding address to Australia etc. Said hi to people and that’s that!

Then we headed off down Burrard to go to the Aussie Bar & Grill! When we got there though, it was closed. Turns out it’s only open Mon-Fri. What a fail. So we were sad and walked back up Burrard 😦 We decided to get Subway, then go see Pirates of the Caribbean 4. So we did.

T’was good. I kind of dozed off at the start, oops! But I saw most of it lol just was in and out for probably half an hour…. My bad. Very packed cinema too, we didn’t see it in 3D cause that was sold out.. unlucky.

Anywhooo, tired now, got carnival in the morning nice and early. Michelle is also working for a few hours tomorrow! How exciting! Haha! Night!

Day 397

Woke up at 9am to check the weather, walked out at the same time Michelle had, she looked at me and said “it’s raining! :(” and I went “damn…. night” and went back to bed. LOL. Woke up again around 11.40 or so.

We chilled for awhile, the weather was too depressing and we were sad about our ruined plans 😦 So eventually we just decided “okay let’s go see Bridesmaids and Pirates of theΒ CaribbeanΒ 4” so off we went to Metrotown!

The lines were HUGE! I’ve never seen Metrotown cinemas that busy. I guess I’ve never seen our lines either because I’m always upstairs, so yeah. But it was crazy. Pretty much all the POTC showings were sold out, so we went with Bridesmaids first. It wasn’t a bad movie, it kind of went a bit long, kind of like Family Guy jokes that just go beyond the funny… But it was good. I expected way more though from what I’d heard about it, but it was funny. A bit gross at one point, but funny.

After that we came out and the lines were STILL huge, and the Pirates movies were selling out again, they didn’t let me get a ticket for it earlier because I had a cast pass, so we don’t get preference or whatever. Pretty sucky, I wasn’t happy 😦

So we went and saw Something Borrowed. I’ve seen it yeah, but Michelle hasn’t. I was falling asleep through the first half of it, like I watched most of it but almost dozed off a few times. Not out of boredom, I was just tired LOL. I knew the second half was better anyways. Still was a good movie the second time around.

We also had Tim Hortons for the first movie, and Dairy Queen for the next πŸ™‚

After that we went to the Superstore briefly, then headed home. Nothing much exciting really. I started packing again, and now it looks like the end of the world rapture has hit my bedroom. It’s a mess, I don’t even know where to start in packing it all up… I completely packed one bag, the one that Michelle is taking home lol. It’s pretty much full of all the teddies I accumulated here, so it’s light enough for her lol. Now to split the rest of my room into 3 bags…………. Not gonna happen!

Anywhoo, tired now.. Night!
